Impact Self Defense Classes
In these 90-minute workshops, participants will learn personal safety tools such as awareness, safe distance, and verbal and physical self-defense tools. Classes are open to DePaul students. New for winter quarter; a men's only class and a class designed for faculty/staff. Impact Information
Policy of the Month: Group Fitness Attendance
Zumba and Muscle Work and Crunch, oh my! You know our Group Fitness classes are a great way to stay motivated and workout with friends, but remember to get to class on time. Once capacity is reached you will not be able to join the workout. This policy is enforced for the safety of all our patrons.
