Track

  • Jog and walk no more than two abreast at all times.
  • Faster joggers have right of way; pass on the outside lanes.
  • Stretching areas are located in various areas around the track.
  • DePaul Intercollegiate Track Teams have exclusive use of the track during posted times (March 26 - June 8, 2012, Monday - Friday, 1:00 - 3:00 pm). 
  • The track direction changes daily; please follow the posted directional arrow.
  • Walkers should use inside lanes, joggers should use outside lanes.
  • 8 laps/mile from the inside lane; 7 laps/mile from the outside lane.
  • Do not stand or stretch in the lanes.
  • Children under 16 years of age are not permitted to use fitness equipment.
  • In the event of a serious injury, please press the duress alarm for medical attention or seek assistance from a staff member.
  • Strollers are not permitted on the track.
