Fitness

Are you interested in getting in shape or taking your fitness to the next level?  Our fitness programs and services can help!  Choose from over 60 group fitness classes each week to give you fun and variety in your exercise routine.  No registration or fee required, just drop in!  Get individualized direction in reaching your health and fitness goals by meeting with one of our personal trainers or private Pilates instructors to learn how to exercise safely, efficiently, and effectively.  Round out your fitness plan with a nutrition consultation with one of our Registered Dietitians to find out how to best fuel your body for not only exercise, but for life.

Intramurals

Do you want to stay active playing sports you love or looking for the chance to have a great time playing a sport you've never tried before? Intramural Sports offers over 30 activities per year! Activities include flag football, soccer, scrabble, chess, basketball, kickball, badminton, and many more. Get your friends together for a team sport, register as a free agent to be added to a team, or sign up for an individual tournament.

Club Sports

Want to introduce a sport to the DePaul community? Or perhaps you are looking for a group of students with similar interests? Our club sports program offers students the opportunity to meet people, compete, and develop new skills.  Club Sports are organized by students with similar interests in a given sport or activity. Clubs can be competitive, instructional, or performance-based in nature.

Instructional Classes

Have you ever wanted to practice yoga, take a dance class, or learn Pilates? If so, our Instructional Programs are for you. These non-credit instruction courses are progressive in nature and focus on experiential learning, skill building, mind-body wellness, and fitness. Classes are available throughout the year in various areas that include aquatics, yoga, Pilates, dance, fitness training, martial arts, and safety training.

Outdoor Adventure

Looking for adventures you can't find in the big city?  Do you want to escape bustling city life by exploring beautiful locations and experiencing outdoor activities?  Campus Recreation’s Outdoor Adventure program provides trips and workshops that are both educational and fun.  Whether kayaking, skiing, rock climbing, learning "Leave No Trace" principles, hiking, or finding out how to maintain your bike, the Outdoor Adventure program has something for you!

Wellness

Need a breather from the daily grind?  Feel like you want to get more out of life?  Take a moment to pause, reflect, and rejuvenate through our wellness offerings.  Our massage therapy service can help you de-stress so that you’re able to handle life’s challenges in stride.  Our wellness and health promotion messages and events help educate you so that you can make decisions that help you live well and live successfully.

Team Challenge

Tired of the using the same activities to train, develop, and challenge your organization? DePaul Team Challenge is an experience-based program made up of low and portable elements designed to help organizations build trust, develop greater communication, and establish higher levels of understanding and appreciation for all team members.
