Special Events
Campus Recreation holds several special events in addition to our normal programming in order to establish closer ties within the DePaul community and increase awareness of Recreational Programs.
Campus Recreation offers two annual events; Real Life Recess, a welcome back to school event that has been in existence since 2001, and an end of the school year celebration in the spring.

Kickin' it on Kenmore Block Party: Friday, May 4; 3 - 6 pm
Free food, music, games, bike wash and tire fill station, and more! For the month of May, Kenmore will be closed between Fullerton and Belden, come spend the afternoon kickin' back on Kenmore! Open to students, faculty, staff, alumni, and the greater DePaul community
Almost Summer Break; Wednesday, May 9, 2012
Spend the afternoon on Kenmore playing the backyard games you loved as a child; bags, chalking, four square and more. Find out about all the summer activities offered by Campus Recreation.
