Do clubs charge membership dues to join?
Yes, the majority of clubs charge dues to join. Most clubs receive limited funding from Student Life, but this funding does not cover all of the expenses. Dues help defray the cost of travel, equipment, and other expenses. Dues range from $10 per quarter to $2500 per academic year.

Do sport clubs conduct tryouts?
Some of the team sports have tryouts. All clubs are encouraged to have multiple teams to alleviate the need for tryouts, but it is simply not possible in some cases due to limited space and equipment. The clubs that hold tryouts are: Men's and Women's Basketball, Dance Team, Elite, Ice Hockey, Men's Lacrosse, Men's and Women's Soccer, Tennis, and Men's and Women's Volleyball.
