Summer Pilates Mat Classes
Explore the traditional mat repertoire, while expanding your workout with a combination of, standing work, and use of props. Mat classes are great for students at all levels.
Beginning Mat - Vanessa Greenway Tuesday, 4-5 pm
Session 1: June 12- July 10; $45 members, $80 non-members (5 classes)
Session 2: July 17 - Aug 7; $45 members, $80 non-members (5 classes)
Beginning Mat - Paula Nixon Thursday, 12:00-1:00 pm
Session 1: June 14 - July 12; $45 members, $80 non-members (5 classes)
Session 2: July 19 - Aug 9; $45 members, $80 non-members (5 classes)
Pilates for Athletes - Paula Nixon Saturday, 1:30-3:00 pm
Explore a variety of Pilates exercises that balance the repetitive stresses of sport training. Exercises will focus on building core endurance, improving posture and increasing flexibility in the shoulders, hips, and low back. This workshop is free to members, but pre-registration is recommended to reserve your spot.
One time workshop: June 30; free to member, $20 non-members
Summer Pilates Reformer Classes
Intensify your Pilates routine by incorporating the STOTT reformers. The spring-loaded resistance machine is one of the gentlest ways to tone muscle, strengthen joints, and realign the body. Prior experience using Reformers is required to register for the Intermediate and Cardio Sculpt classes.

Intermediate Reformer - Lisa Iantoni Wednesday, 7:30-8:30 pm

Cardio Sculpt Reformer - Lisa Iantoni Wednesday, 6:15-7:15 pm
Experience a combination of cardio intervals off of the reformer with total body exercises on the reformer. This unique combination provides a complete workout in just one hour.

These classes will utilize Reformers, MVE chairs and Mat to provide you with the most variety. Prior experience using Reformers is required to register for the Intermediate classes.
