Welcome to our online wellness resource center!  Here you'll find basic information and resources regarding a few important topics that are critical for positive well-being, such as physical activity, nutrition, sleep, and mental health.  You can find these topics in the left-hand menu.  We’ll also highlight here any topics that we’re observing for a given month or week.

Physical Activity

All members of DePaul's faculty and staff are invited to participate in Green Steps, our spring walking challenge!  Green Steps provides you the opportunity to:

  • Lead a healthy lifestyle through consistent activity
  • Build community while walking with friends and colleagues
  • Sustain the environment through a natural mode of transportation

Grab a pedometer and some colleagues, and hit the road!
