Massage Services and Fees
Table Massage
Usually performed on a comfortable table, while the client is draped for privacy. The therapist massages and stretches the back, legs, arms, neck, hands and feet. There are various types of full body massages designed to release tension and stress.
Swedish Massage
A classic European technique that promotes overall relaxation through gentle manipulation of the muscles. In this popular modality, the massage therapist uses oil or cream with long strokes, kneading, tapping, and friction to improve circulation. Swedish massage relieves muscle tension caused by stress, rids the body of toxins, and creates a heightened sense of well being.
Deep Tissue Massage
Therapeutic in nature, as opposed to relaxing. Deep tissue massage works deep into the muscle tissues, along and across the fibers. These slow, deep movements are used to release muscles, aid in the reduction of scar tissue, and increase range of motion. This type of massage is designed for individuals wanting more detailed bodywork on specific muscle groups. There is a $15 surcharge for all deep tissue massages.
Sports Massage
This massage is designed to prepare the muscles for exercise or help recover more quickly for the next round of activity. It is a vigorous massage that includes stretching, friction, and range of motion.
